Mahjong at the Vineyard at Escondido

Join us at The Vineyards Golf & Country Club in Escondido for an afternoon of American Mahjong.

🀄 Guided Play

Taken a Mahjong lesson but still occasionally find yourself staring at your hand wondering what the hell you were doing? Guided Play is for you. I'll be there to help with the rules, questionable Charleston life choices, picking a hand, and those moments when your brain apparently leaves the table.

🀄 Open Play

Already comfortable flying solo? Come make a table, play at your own pace, and meet some new Mahjong friends.

A Few Things to Know

No formal lessons will be given at this event. If you're looking for lessons, contact Robyn at Robyn@LearnMahjongSD.com.

We're guests of The Vineyards Golf & Country Club, so please support our host by purchasing food and/or beverages from the club while you're there. That's what allows us to keep using this space for Mahjong.

One more thing: When we get a room full of ladies slinging tiles, things can get a little loud! 😂 If louder rooms aren't your thing, we'll have a table or two outside on the patio when weather and space allow.

This is a Pay What You Want Mahjong event. There will be a Mahjong contribution jar at the event if you'd like to contribute toward keeping these games going.
